Who is the real Todd?
I'm one of those workplace statistics. Actually, I'm probably all of the statistics--the good, the bad, the ugly! I've had 17 jobs. Not 100% ended good!
I was smart enough to take all of the experiences and put them toward something good!
I'm not just another leadership speaker—I'm a culture catalyst on a mission to revolutionize workplaces everywhere!
Whether I'm delivering high-energy keynotes, leading transformative workshops, or coaching teams to unlock their full potential, my passion for leadership and company culture shines through.
You can see me in action under the Speaking tab on this website.
After you read on about me below (if you're not bored about me already), feel free to check out the rest of my website.

Hey, why not even just [email protected] directly or set up a conversation on Calendly?

Where do you fit in the workplace statistics?
-
70% of employees avoid difficult conversations with colleagues or managers (VitalSmarts).
-
43% of workers have quit a job because of a toxic boss (Randstad USA).
-
The average manager spends 25-40% of their time dealing with workplace conflict (Washington Business Journal).
-
Only 15% of employees are actively engaged at work globally (Gallup)—often a result of poor interpersonal dynamics.
With an impressive career spanning local, state, national, and international stages, I have shared my expertise on workplace culture, leadership, communication, teambuilding, generational dynamics, and personal growth. I've been featured at top-tier conferences, written for global publications, and even crafted two eBooks to help professionals elevate their leadership game.
Every year, I bring the world-renowned Live2Lead experience to Wisconsin, featuring John Maxwell and other global leadership icons. A certified speaker, coach, and trainer with the Maxwell Leadership Team, I am also DISC certified, making me a sought-after expert in leadership and workplace dynamics. I'm an active member of SHRM (Society for Human Resource Management) and contribute to both my local and national HR networks.
My speaking credentials are nothing short of impressive (whew, that was tough to brag out loud). I've taken the stage at events like the Wisconsin SHRM Conference, International Economic Development Council Leadership Summit, United Way Great Rivers, the State of Wisconsin Chamber of Commerce Executives, the Big Ten Conference Fundraisers, the Special Olympics International Torch Run, and many more.
I've worked with companies from 10 to 10,000 across all industry sectors. No challenge is too big or too small. I especially enjoy it when the president of the company participates.
Most importantly, I believe that leadership isn’t just about knowledge—it’s about action. That’s why I'm willing to travel anywhere in the world to add more value to others than he receives, guided by my unwavering faith.
While these experiences lead to a lot of joy in my life, my introduction to the Maxwell Leadership Certified Team had a huge life experience impact on me. A friend introduced me to Live2Lead, a live celebrity simulcast leadership program. John’s message of intentional leadership struck a chord with me, especially when John said he hadn’t accomplished what he wanted to in his life. He’s written over eighty books and trained thousands. His faith is also important to him, especially as he takes his message to other countries.
That started me on an incredible personal growth journey that I am still following today.
One particular element that has impacted me within that journey is developing my core values. Working from the inside out is important to growing your leadership. Both times I went through the exercise, my core values, those things important to me, were identified as optimism, trust, honesty, enthusiasm, and teamwork. Those core values form my circle of life.
But that's only ONE aspect of how to Elev8 Workplace Engagement!
